Eva is like a lot of moms out here: trying her best to balance it all but the cycle of feeling stuck and powerless in daily life as a mother takes its toll. Numerous studies have shown that mothers often prioritize the needs of their families over their own. A study by the University of California, Berkeley, for example, found that mothers are more likely to sacrifice their own needs to meet the needs of their children. This can lead to them feeling resentful for the amount of energy & time they have to give out, regardless of if they have it... or even hopeless because they don't know where any type of support will be coming from to give them a break.

Moms like Eva have been going through this, suffering in silence and survival mode for years. Something we tend to forget is the Pandemic was almost 5 years ago and some of us are still functioning in that vein and burning out in the process. Personal power is crucial for moms, allowing them to navigate the challenges of motherhood with greater resilience and confidence. When you feel powerless it puts you in a survival state, thinking about ways to just make it through the day, hour, or even minute. The 2025 Reset is an opportunity to relinquish using the survival state as a way of life and tap into the powerful state of thriving! When you are in your thriving state you are confident, creative, and feel like you will find a way to make it through even the toughest of days. Tapping into the power of your mindset gives you back the time and energy you shared with your loved ones by bringing awareness to setting boundaries for your own good. Putting your needs first will lead to your success and joy, giving you a chance to work on your relationship with yourself, your loved ones and your career. You deserve to get out of MOM mode (Making Others Matter) and embrace who you are and what you need to live in the present and prepare for your future! So let's get to work!
